Studies - SMALL DETAILS, BIG DIFFERENCES

We stared to develop the new KE-Plus in 2020, testing it in wind gallery with new software to test humidity, water and water recirculation. We comparised it with KE and competitors product lines.

In summer 2021 we tested it on track with Karting factories and it gave incredible results.

It is constructed with a particular aluminium alloy and with a distance between the tubes of the reduced mass, it increases the performances and reduces its weight.

We had an improvement of 4° with 32mm radiators and 7° with 40mm radiators now in the market.

Water Recirculation

Water Recirculation

In the KE-Plus radiator the water passes through each micro tube and creates a mini turbulence.

AIR BOOST

AIR BOOST

In addition to the new core, has been developed a new air boost to increase cooling performance (can be use to any radiator).

It even manages to improve by 2° when we reach 40° outside.

This air boost can be applied with screws to the radiant core.

Approval for use by the FIA on 25-Oct-2021.

We recommend using it with our P400 water pump, so as to guarantee the double flow of water inside it.

The radiator is supplied complete with adjustable brackets.
